Join the Dugout Club for $69 per month and take your batting skills to the next level! As a member, you’ll get 10 batting cage rounds per visit, plus $5 off training cage rentals. It’s the perfect way to practice and improve your game.

How it works:

After signing up, your membership will be activated in your client account.

At each visit, check in at the front desk to redeem your 10 batting cage rounds.

You’ll receive a personalized cage card to use each time you visit.

Memberships are for individual use only

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date:

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the Dugout Club Membership ("Membership") provided by [The Hitter's Edge]. By enrolling in the Dugout Club Membership, you ("Member") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Membership Commitment

• Minimum Commitment: All Dugout Club memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment from the date of enrollment ("Initial Term").

• Billing: Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, starting on the date of enrollment and continuing until the Membership is canceled by the Member. The billing cycle will occur on the same date each month (e.g., if you enroll on the 5th of the month, your monthly fee will be billed on the 5th of every subsequent month).

2. Cancellation and Early Termination

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Membership at any time. However, if you cancel before completing the 6-month minimum commitment, your credit card on file will be charged the remaining balance of your membership for the duration of the Initial Term.

• Early Termination Fee: In the event of early cancellation, the balance is calculated as the remaining months in the Initial Term multiplied by the monthly fee. This charge will be processed automatically to the credit card on file.

• Cancellations: To cancel your Membership, you must submit a written request via email to frontdesk@7dsfp.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Membership Fees

• Fee Structure: The membership fee is $69 or $89 per month.

• Payment: By enrolling in the Dugout Club, you authorize The Hitter's Edge to automatically charge the membership fee to your credit card or payment method on file for the duration of the membership.

• Late Payments: If the payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or expired payment information, access to your Dugout Club Membership benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

4. Membership Benefits

As a Dugout Club member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

• 10 or 15 batting cage rounds per visit plus $5 off all training cage rentals.

• Benefits are subject to change and may vary based on membership level.

5. Account Responsibility

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for billing and contact purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

• Non-transferable: Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your Membership rights to anyone else.

6. Termination by The Hitter's Edge

The Hitter's Edge reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Membership at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms & Conditions, non-payment, or misuse of Membership privileges.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions

The Hitter's Edge reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes to these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the Membership after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability The Hitter's Edge is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other losses sustained by the Member in connection with their participation in Dugout Club activities, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
